How long does it take to receive a headstone?
Standard production usually takes 10–12 weeks, though in some cases it may be as fast as one month. For urgent needs, we also provide a 5-day “Rush” option for an additional fee.
Are design and engraving included in the price?
Yes, the listed price covers design, engraving, shipping, and taxes.
What if my headstone is damaged during shipping?
If any damage occurs during shipping, we will replace your headstone at no cost.
Can I customize my memorial online?
Yes, you can personalize your headstone using our online design tool, or request a free design prepared by our professional team.
Is a “headstone” the same as a “grave marker”?
Yes. These terms are interchangeable, along with gravestones, monuments, and memorials.
Do I need to call to place an order?
No phone call is required—you can order directly online or visit one of our 14 stores across 8 states.
Do you offer installment payment plans?
Yes. We provide flexible financing options. You can apply through our partner banks, or use our in-house payment plan, which is especially convenient if you have concerns about your credit history.
Do you provide additional services beyond headstone production?
Yes. We guide you through the entire process. Our team coordinates with cemeteries on your behalf (to ensure compliance with size and style regulations), creates the design, manufactures the memorial, arranges delivery, and can also handle installation. In addition, we offer accessories, as well as cleaning and long-term maintenance services for headstones.
