Free Delivery Eligibility

Free delivery may be available for qualifying ZIP codes within our standard service areas.

Delivery eligibility is determined through the ZIP Code Delivery Checker available on our website and may depend on:

Distance from the nearest service center or warehouse
Service area coverage
Product type and delivery requirements

If a location falls outside our standard delivery area, additional delivery charges may apply. Any applicable charges will be disclosed before order confirmation.

Production & Delivery Timeline

Most Memory Stones orders are completed and delivered within approximately 3 to 6 months from the date of order confirmation.

Orders located within approximately 500 miles of an available service location may be delivered sooner when inventory is available. However, earlier delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect products upon delivery.
