1. Customized Orders
- Because headstones and markers are custom-made, once production has started, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- If you need to change an order, please contact us before production begins. Changes after that may incur additional costs.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
- If a product is delivered with a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no extra charge.
- Damage caused by shipping carriers must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
3. Non-Defective Returns
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, non-defective returns are not accepted.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
